يقع مركز الملك عبد الله المالي "كافد" في مدينة الرياض، ويُعتبر وجهة أعمال وأسلوب حياة تتميز بطابع فريد، في بيئة متكاملة ومستدامة رقميًا، مصممةً خصيصًا للارتقاء بنمط حياة أفراد المجتمعات الحضرية سواءً على مستوى المعيشة أو العمل أو الترفيه. تعود ملكية "كافد" وإدارته إلى شركة إدارة وتطوير مركز الملك عبد الله المالي التي تأسست في عام 2018 وهي إحدى شركات الصندوق.
