I am a digital-focused and hyper-growth leader with substantial experience across retail.  

I am delighted to have been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Boohoo Group in October 2024. I've been with the Group for 3 years, joining as Chief Executive Officer of Debenhams in 2022, taking on the exciting challenge of turning around and digitally transforming this iconic British heritage brand into Britain’s leading online department store.  

Before joining Debenhams, I spent ten incredible years at JD Sports Fashion Plc as Group Multi-Channel Director. During my time there, I drove unprecedented digital growth, helping JD become a global multi-channel leader, entering the FTSE 100 and becoming one of the best-performing shares in the world.
