Alexis MOUROT joined the French leader in luxury footwear and accessories Christian LOUBOUTIN, in May 2007, where he serves as CEO. Prior to this, he spent eight years with the LVMH group in New York and Paris, where he held several positions in fashion houses such as Marc Jacobs, for which he opened and managed the European region as European Director based in Paris. 

He also worked in the acquisition and restructuring departments of various fashion and luxury brands, including Donna Karan International, e-luxury.com, and Marc Jacobs International in the United States. Before joining the LVMH group, Alexis Mourot held the position of Vice President of Finance in the United States at Yves Saint Laurent. He also held a position as a consulting auditor at KPMG in Paris after earning a master's degree in Finance. He started his career as a marketing assistant working on Champagne Houses such as Canard Duchene and Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin. He was born on September 13, 1969, in Paris.
